MetroSidebar is the new generation of Windows Sidebar that has its own custom widgets which can display all essential information about the system such as Clock, Music Player, Alarm and Pictures preview. The application is in active development so we can expect this to grow in future.
After installation the default tiles are displayed but you can add more or remove them. You can use settings icon to add new tiles or reach settings page.
